Orange Twist Anti-Inflammatory Detox JuiceCucumber

Although 98% water, cucumber juice provides a significant amount of potassium and is high in vitamin A. It is a well-known diuretic and blood cleanser. It’s also great for your skin quality and complexion.

Golden Beet

If you have shied away from beet juice in past due to the intense flavor, you might by surprised by the golden beet. They tend to be sweeter and less earthy than red beets. These orange hued beets get their color from b-xanthin pigment instead of the red betalain pigment. Their colors differ, but the nutritional benefits are largely the same. It serves as a kidney cleansing antioxidant that can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol. (And you won’t have to wear gloves to cut them up!)
